more than 28 years I have been helping owners sell and buyers
buy homes in Morris, Coal City and all the wonderful towns

small communities in the Midwest.
Located near I-80, I-55, Rt. 47, Rt.
6, and has long been known for its farming and river barge
traffic. Morris maintains its quaint Midwestern

charm. Home to the Illinois River, I&M canal, Heidecke lake,
thriving shops, and fabulous restaurants.
One of Grundy County’s greatest
attributes is the ability to mix quality growth with the
surrounding beauty of the terrain. Acres of corn and beans dot the
areas along side the river with numerous creeks and open space.
But we’re not all farmland here.
Shopping abounds with a restored downtown full of specialty
shops, antiques, restaurants and hometown flavor. Several
times throughout the year local entertainers perform on the
Court House lawn during
lunch to entertain shoppers.
